Established in 1992, Yantai Feilong Green Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-performance energy-efficient windows and doors enterprise integrating design, research and development, manufacturing, sales and services. Feilong Green Building actively implements the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, takes sustainable development as its responsibility, and is dedicated to providing green living solutions for global buildings.
With a registered capital of RMB 50 million, the company operates a manufacturing facility covering approximately 30,000 square metres, with an annual processing capacity of approximately 500,000 square metres and an annual output value of approximately RMB 300 million. The company employs more than 30 technicians and mid- to senior-level technical professionals, together with over 120 production operators.
The manufacturing facility currently has 10 production lines for aluminium, timber and uPVC windows and doors, as well as insulating glass units (IGUs). More than 70 major pieces of processing and testing equipment are in operation, including CNC sawing centres, fully automated uPVC welding and corner-cleaning lines, fully automated CNC corner-crimping lines, automatic glass cutting machines and insulating glass production lines, along with a comprehensive range of specialised manufacturing and testing equipment.
Leveraging its smart factory capabilities, Feilong Green Building continuously explores and develops green window and door solutions focused on energy efficiency, reduced energy consumption, low-carbon manufacturing and environmental sustainability. Through years of continuous researching and developing, product development and practical engineering experience, the company has established a mature and comprehensive technical system covering product design and development, manufacturing processes, installation methods and construction techniques.
In 2000, the company obtained certification to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards. In 2008, Feilong Green Building successfully obtained Australian AS 2047 product certification for its windows and doors. In 2019, the company successfully obtained NFRC certification in the United States. In 2023, it obtained Germany Passive House Institute (PHI), followed by CSA product certification in Canada in 2024.
Today, Feilong Green Building’s windows and doors are exported to Australia, the Americas, Southeast Asia and other international markets.
